I have been playing FingerTapping for quite some time now.
It seems I get the best score when fully relaxed. Subsequent plays are never as good as the first play.
I also noticed I got the highest scores always at the first play.
This is the loop I am noticing:
1. I play for 10 seconds,
2. I look at the score for 5 seconds,
3. I rejoice for 5 seconds,
4. I do something else for a few hours,
5. repeat from 1.
I also noticed, I like to change the tap-sound once in a while.

Playing FingerTapping every day is not the same as doing Joga or Tai Chi or meditation.
Short rounds of playing FingerTapping relax the whole mind/body/soul thing.
